Amusing ingenuity. All of these faucets actually work. Why the assembly--I have no idea.
This can be found at the ISDAAN restaurant in Gerona, Tarlac, where we stopped for dinner going down from Baguio City. (ISDA - fish, so you can tell it's a restaurant-haven serving fish as their specialty-- but all the other Filipino food they serve are tops too.

and yeps --- the bilao centerpiece is actually green mango (cubed). onions and tomatoes with matching alamang (shrimp paste) . DONTCHA WISH YOU'RE IN THE PHILIPPINES NOW!!!
