Does SMARTBRO think their subscribers are DUMB?
Think again! DUMBBRO.
The SMARTBRO website describes their service this way:
"Smart BRO Wireless Broadband Internet is currently offered at P999 per month with a speed of up to 384 kbps - 7x faster than dial-up so you can do more with your internet connection"
I guess the hitch is with "...up to 384 kbps-..." so it could be anywhere between 0-384 ...and even if you're getting 10 kbps, you still cannot accuse them of lying....oh well... SMARTBRO sux
